Terms of Service
Last updated September 1, 2026
By using this site you’re agreeing to these terms. They’re written to be readable, not to trick you.
What this is
Some Guy & AI is a website and YouTube channel where I show how I build real things by talking to AI. It includes a free newsletter and a paid done-for-you website service.
The free stuff
The newsletter, the videos, and the site content are free and meant to help you learn. They’re provided “as is.” They’re educational, not professional, legal, or financial advice. What worked for me may not work the same for you.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site and in my videos are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. Full details are on my Disclosure page.
AI-generated content
Half the brand is AI, so I use it openly. A lot of the voice, visuals, and content here are made with AI. The builds themselves are real. See my Disclosure for the details.
Fair use
Don’t use the site to break the law, harm others, or rip off the content. Be a decent human.
Disclaimer and liability
The site, content, and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the site, the content, or the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
